The Corporate Interiors Group
The
fast pace and quick turn-around time associated with corporate interior
construction differentiates it from other types of
construction. For this reason, Lee Kennedy Co. founded its
Corporate Interiors Group (CIG).
Lee Kennedy Co. was established over a quarter of
a century ago with a focus on developing strong relationships with
corporate interiors
clients. By assembling a team of professionals with concentrated
expertise in
this area, we aim to highlight these relationships
and strengthen them by giving our corporate interior clients
the sort of focused attention they deserve. The CIG was established
to resuscitate some old-fashioned customer service in a merciless
modern business world. The CIG operates as one cohesive unit
between client
services, estimating and project management.
Eugene Kennedy, Vice President - Business Development
Starting as a laborer
in 1987 and working his way up the
ranks, Eugene developed a special
interest in corporate interior work and carved a unique niche
for himself in that market. The expertise he’s developed throughout
his tenure is an invaluable asset to owners and property
managers.
Scott Robbins, Chief Estimator
Attracted by its high-speed pace, Scott’s enthusiasm for corporate
interior work started early in his career. He leads all the
company’s estimating activities for office fit-outs
and renovations. The relationships he has forged with pertinent
subcontractors yield numerous benefits to clients.
Scott Giles, Project Executive
Scott has managed the fit-out of over one million square
feet of office space in Boston and its surrounding suburbs.
He excels in the high-pressure tenant fit-out environment
which puts customers
in the most responsible of hands.
The mission of the CIG is to produce projects on
time, on budget, and with the highest quality of craftsmanship and
customer service. Please
