 | The ground-up construction of this 160,000
s.f. facility will take place on a fast-track, 9-month
schedule. The ten-acre site is adjacent to wetlands
and is comprised of unsuitable soil that requires a
substantial pile foundation system. The facility will
house 4 levels of office space encompassing 45,000
s.f. and a 115,000 s.f., one-story warehouse space
with 75 loading docks. This industrial styled building
will
have a metal paneled façade on the outside and be equipped
with the latest A/V, tel/data and security features
on the inside, along with a high-end central lobby
atrium. The scope also includes 270 surface parking
spaces.
