This complete gut and build out was performed on the third floor of the Waltham Woods Corporate Center. The scope covered 1,900 s.f. with approximately 85% being closed office space. To meet the technology needs of this financial firm, three uninterrupted power systems (UPS) were installed and a 5-ton chiller was mounted to the roof to cool the computer room which also included a pre-action fire protection system. The space entailed three large conference rooms and one video-conference room featuring a concealed projection screen. High-end glasswork was performed throughout. Extensive floor-to-ceiling, glass-front offices were built along the perimeter of the space, utilizing an architectural aluminum framing system. Sandblasted glass panels were installed in the conference rooms and reception area.

Because the space could only be accessed by passenger elevators, Lee Kennedy Co. removed a window and made the drywall and metal framing, doors and frames, and glass deliveries through the opening to minimize disruptions to the other tenants.
