This project consisted of the fit-up of 300,000 s.f. of corporate office space on eight floors of The Prudential Tower. Approximately 30% of the space is open plan workstation areas with the remainder consisting of fixed wall offices, conference rooms, a reception area and boardrooms. There are also cafés on three floors which are wired for remote computing. The office space design included theatrical lighting, dimming systems and special finishes including architectural metal panels and special floor treatments. A stair was built to connect the 18th and 19th floors behind the reception area on the 18th floor. In order to support the office space, a 1,500 s.f. voice/data room was constructed with two voice data closets per floor.
