Located on the 10th floor, this project covered 8,000 s.f.. Construction entailed heavy millwork and included built-in workstations, custom wood credenzas and wood office sidelights. Architectural features of the space include a curved hallway and soffit designed to mimic the curved exterior of the office building. Under a separate contract with the building landlord, Lee Kennedy Co. performed construction of the floor’s elevator lobby and a multi-tenant corridor. The new design, featuring stone flooring, wood trim and drywall cove ceilings, sets the standard for the building’s common areas. Construction took place on a brisk 8-week schedule.
