This tenant fit up was performed on the entire 17th floor of the Prudential Building and encompassed 22,000 s.f.. A large conference room featured concealed laptop connections in the center of the conference table, a state-of-the-art projection system and surround sound. High-end millwork was performed throughout, including cherry paneling with maple returns featuring stainless steel work to compliment the finishes. Other elements included a granite lobby and built-in file niches. The project cost $1,020,000.
