The fit-out of this law firm involved removing one level of an existing inter-connecting stair and infill of a new structural concrete slab. Highlights of the project included a new elevator lobby and reception area designed with recessed lighting, drywall ceilings and stone flooring. Also constructed was a data center that included supplemental air conditioning and UPS power and structural steel work for a rolling file system. Some of the existing space was utilized with new details to match. The project covered approximately 21,000 s.f. and was completed in 10-weeks.
