Lee Kennedy Co. performed extensive preconstruction
services followed by general contracting services for
the ground-up construction of this 149-room hotel in
Boston's bustling Kenmore Square. The project included
meeting facilities, restaurants and retail space encompassing
a total of 176,000 s.f. It featured a heavily articulated
façade and richly detailed interior spaces.
The hotel, said to begin the revitalization of Kenmore
Square, is endowed with a myriad of complex finishes
including brick, pre-cast concrete, EIFS and decorative
FRP.
