This project consisted of renovations to three
separate buildings that comprised the Wigglesworth dormitories
originally built in 1930. There was extensive roof repair
and masonry work; installation of new, double-glazed, energy-efficient
windows; and removal of old storm windows that obscured the
dorm's original appearance. Interior work included installation
of 3 ambulatory-accessible suites on the ground floor and
upgrading of electrical, HVAC and fire alarm systems.
