The new construction of this wood-framed building
featured brick and cedar wood siding along with a slate
roof.
The 35,000 s.f. residence hall includes student dormitory
rooms and faculty apartments. Construction cost was approximately
$5 million including site work.

English Classroom Wing

The renovation of the English classroom wing
included new wood flooring, painting, blackboard refinishing,
and installation of a new ceiling and lights. Construction
of new classrooms included a new vaulted ceiling in the corridor
with architectural beam work and moldings, installation of
a slate floor in the corridor, and replacement all doors with
new six-panel doors and hardware. Work included extensive
millwork restoration and duplication. The project was completed
in two months on a fast track basis.
