This project consisted of exterior facade renovations including masonry restoration, stone conservation, ornamental metals conservation, rough carpentry, woodwork repairs, tile/membrane roofing, flashing and sheet metal, and bird control. Also included in the project scope were HVAC and electrical systems upgrades and the selective demolition and rebuilding of chimneys to match the originals. Other chimneys were inspected and repaired as necessary. Windows were repaired, removed, re-glazed and de-leaded.
