Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. Announces Awards

Lee Kennedy Co. is pleased to announce Tom Fitzgerald as the recipient of the company's 2000 Door Award for outstanding customer service in the field, and Marie Cunningham as the recipient of the 2000 Don Ventula Award, for superior customer service by in-house personnel. In honor of the Don Ventula Award, Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. has donated $2,500 to the Scleroderma Foundation.

Fitzgerald is a superintendent who has been employed at Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. since the company's inception in 1978. Some of his project experience includes the addition to, and renovation of the Student Center at Northeastern University, renovations to The New England Historic Genealogical Society on Newbury Street and renovations to New England Financial on Boylston Street.

Cunningham is the company's office manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the office and manages the company's administrative staff. "Marie is the backbone of our company operations," comments Executive Vice President Lee Michael Kennedy, "she supports all of us and handles each issue with professionalism and expertise."

Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. is also pleased to announce the addition of three new hires. Project Executive Dick Galvin, joins the company's growing Preconstruction Department. Galvin most recently worked for William A. Berry & Son, Inc. as a senior project manager. Bill Parker joins the company as a project estimator. Parker was formerly chief estimator at Travi Construction Corp. in Norwell, MA where he worked for twelve years. Anatole S. Grintchenko joins the company as a project manager. He formerly worked at Gilbane Building Company in Providence, RI for many years, and more recently, worked at Cor Jen Construction.
