Spring 2001
Same Company, Different Look
After 23 years in the construction industry, Lee Kennedy
Co., Inc. decided it was time to modify its look.
“It’s a subtle change,” notes President Bob McCluskey,
“but it was time to adjust our look to fit the direction the company
is heading. The construction industry is constantly progressing,
and we want people to know that we are at the forefront of the evolution.”
The new logo reflects a modernized, sharper look, yet it still maintains
the dimension and sturdiness of the old logo, which are important
elements that represent the company.
“The new logo perfectly represents who we are–a solid,
family-oriented company, yet an efficient, and sophisticated builder,”
says Executive Vice President Lee Michael Kennedy. “It was important
to hold onto our history and company culture of being a courteous
and easy company to work with, but also to be able to display our
growth and forward thinking to everyone.”
Keep an eye out for the new logo on job site signs
such as Hotel Commonwealth in Kenmore Square, 68 Beacon Street across
from Boston Common, One Palace Road at Simmons College and the Emerson
College Performance and Production Center in Boston’s Theater District.
