The Board of Directors for the Bostonian Society recently awarded Don Tellalian of Tellalian Associates & Planners, Judy Selwyn of Preservation Technology Associates and Pamela Bailey of Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. with their John Hancock Award for contributions to the preservation of Boston’s historic heritage in reference to work recently completed at the Old State House.On June 14th, Brian LeMay, Director of The Bostonian Society, was named 2007 Client of the Year by the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). The Bostonian Society is Boston's historical society and operator of the Old State House Museum.
Where Recognition is Due
President/CEO Lee Michael Kennedy has recently been awarded the 2007 “President's Award” for volunteer service to the Duxbury Rural and Historical Society. Lee currently serves as the Vice President and has served on the Board of Trustees since 203.
Ambrose (Chick) Milford, Superintendent, has become a LEED accredited professional.
Pam Bailey, project manager, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors for PreservatiON Mass, the statewide non-profit historic preservation organization dedicated to preserving the Common-
wealth's historic and cultural resources.
Personnel Space
Lee Kennedy is proud to announce the addition and promotion of several employees to our team. Lee Michael Kennedy has been promoted to President and CEO, formerly appointed President in 2003. Lee Michael has also been appointed to the Board of Directors for both Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses, Inc., and Dorchester Neighborhood Charter School. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph’s College as Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee.
Estimating welcomes Paul Stadelmann, Senior Estimator, and Russell Lees, Assistant Estimator for the Corporate Interiors Group. We’ve also hired three co-ops from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Natalie Bogdanovich for the Corporate Interiors Group, Jillian Infurchia working in the Preconstruction Department, and Mike Burnham for the Simmons School of Mgmt. Marketing has added a new Senior Marketing Coordinator, Lori Meinhold and a new Marketing & Production Coordinator, Nicole Walsh. Robert Larsen joins LKCo as a Project Executive, focusing on the commercial market. John Dion joins our firm in Client Development. LKCo also congratulates recently promoted employees: Eugene Kennedy to Vice President of Client Development, Robert O’Leary, Vice President of Academic/Institutional, and Scott Giles to Project Executive for the Corporate Interiors Group. We would also like to welcome Paul Ruggere as Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Coordinator.
