- Preconstruction and construction services for the refurbishment of an 80,000 sf retail building into 45 unit apartments for Hadley Apartments, Worcester, MA, with Fine Associates.
- Construction of a new bank branch office including tellers and office spaces for Sovereign Bank, Norwell, MA with Symmes Maini & McKee Associates.
- Tenant fit-up of 2,000 sf for TG Gallagher at 109 Smith Place, Cambridge, MA with DRL Associates Inc. Architects.
- Demolition and renovation of offices on the 16th & 17th floors at 50 Milk St., Boston for Brown Brothers Harriman, with Dyer|Brown & Associates, Inc. Architects.
- Tenant fit-up to create a sublease suite for Zurich North America Insurance Company, 60 State St., Boston, with Nelson Architects.
- Construction management and general contracting services for main campus dining facility, The Fens Dining Facility, for Simmons College, The Fenway, Boston with DiMella Shaffer.
- Second phase renovation to the Top of the Hub restaurant at 800 Boylston Street, Boston, for Select Restaurants, Inc. with Niemitz Design Group.
- Office fit-up of 40,000 sf on the 9th and 8th floor at One international Place for Edison Mission Marketing and Trading with Visnick & Caulfield Associates.
- Multiple build-outs for Investors Bank and Trust at 1 Copley Place, Boston, MA and Toronto, Canada with Bargmann Hendrie + Archtype, Inc.
