Lee Kennedy Company was hired to perform preconstruction
and construction management services for the construction
of Brewster Academy's new athletic center. The 49,700 s/f
athletic center includes two basketball courts, an elevated
track, weight and athletic training areas, and locker and
toilet facilities. Lee Kennedy Co.'s Preconstruction Department
conducted a cost/benefit analysis of the site development
to determine the most cost effective geographic orientation
of the facility on the proposed site. We also performed cost
estimating, scheduling and value management studies to determine
the optimum balance of program and building features.
