 This
$4.1 million project consisted of the primary interior construction
of the major public spaces within the new TD Banknorth Garden (formerly the FleetCenter) including
the administrative offices and locker rooms for the Bruins
and Celtics, the Preferred Club and lounges, the Legends Club,
the Madison Square Garden Room, and miscellaneous common areas
in the general stadium. Additional foodservice and retail
stores were also constructed in the North Station concourse
area and entrance to ticketing area. The scope of work for
these projects included preconstruction management, design/build
MEP, and the coordination and installation of owner provided
kitchen/bar equipment. Working as the preconstruction manager
on a team with owner representatives and architects, the project
costs were below the original budgets and work was done without
delay and within schedule.
