Yale University - Pierson-Sage Parking Structure
350 Edwards Street, New Haven, CT
Renovations to this parking garage entailed the construction of a new stair and elevator tower as well as structural repairs, façade upgrades and an interior restoration. New electrical work was installed throughout the garage and new traffic topping was applied. An architectural façade was hung around the perimeter walls of the garage and a new glass curtainwall was incorporated around the stair tower. Additional scope included site work improvements as well as construction of a new terrace. The completed project covered 300,000 sf and the overhauled structure provides over 600 spaces on five levels of parking.
