The ground-up construction of this 160,000 sf facility took place on a fast-track, nine-month schedule. The ten-acre site is adjacent to wetlands and was comprised of unsuitable soil that required a substantial pile foundation system. The facility houses four levels of office space encompassing 45,000 sf and a 115,000 sf, one-story warehouse space with 75 loading docks. This industrial style building has a metal panel façade while the interior space is equipped with the latest A/V, tel/data and security features and a high-end central lobby atrium. The scope also included 270 surface parking spaces.
