Suffolk University Bio-Lab

The Suffolk University Bio-Lab was Lee Kennedy Co.’s seventh project for the Boston-based University. The team completed the work in just five weeks, performing demolition of existing classrooms and construction of a 500 sf state-of-the-art bio-lab facility for teaching and research. Lee Kennedy Co.’s expertise in academic construction and strong reputation for managing interior fit-out work made the contractor an easy choice for Suffolk University. With all work completed inside the active Archer Building in downtown Boston, the team’s expert trade coordination and on-site management allowed building operations to continue uninterrupted throughout construction.
