Edison Mission Marketing & Trading
One International Place, Boston, MA
This tenant fit-out project transformed 40,500 sf over two floors and included construction of professional offices. The space features accent lighting and art glass as well as stone, and lacquered and natural wood finishes. The new space incorporates a trading floor, IT/Server room, service departments, common areas and conference and meeting rooms with audio visual capabilities. Major systems installations involved a central LAN and branch support rooms and connectivity with EMMT’s existing national IT network. Additional features include an Inergen system, pre-action system, UPS system, building generator, supplemental HVAC systems and electrical services. Construction was completed in an occupied building and now provides an expertly designed, sophisticated space for price risk management and energy trading activities.
