Lee Kennedy Co. has provided construction services to Goodwin Procter on numerous projects to update its space in Boston. Overall we have provided services for over 125,000 sf of office space that incorporates state-of-the-art audio visual and conferencing components, installation of a new interconnecting stair, decorative soffits and high-end finishes. A 5,500 sf conference center was renovated and provides a servery, support areas (kitchen, storage and catering), adjacent common areas, atrium spaces, reception/entrance and elevator lobby. The scope included upgrades to the MEP systems as well as decorative finishes such as pear wood wall paneling, fabric covered acoustic wall tiles and custom-made stainless steel glass entry doors. Projects were completed in multiple phases to avoid disruption to adjacent, occupied areas.
