Lee Kennedy Co. was hired early in the design of new space for this downtown Boston securities and investment banking firm.  We assisted with budget development and procurement of long lead items in order to meet deadlines and budget goals.  The project encompassed 20,000 sf of space built entirely on raised access flooring because of intense tel/data requirements.  The finished space includes a trading room, data center with an emergency back up system, a pre-action fire protection system, kitchen/lounge area, and employee locker rooms with showers.  High-tech elements mingle with high-end finishes.  Because construction occurred within an occupied building, Lee Kennedy Co. coordinated material deliveries and heavy construction activities during off hours to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
