Lee Kennedy Co. provided preconstruction and construction services for the build-out of 45,000 sf space to house this networking and security product provider. The fast track demolition and build-out resulted in a horseshoe shaped floor that houses offices, a data center, and a computer lab. Complex HVAC and dry fire protection systems were installed to protect data rooms and labs as well as the associated state-of-the-art equipment. The intricate wood floor design, uniquely curved soffits and elegant light fixtures compliment the high-tech environment of this unique space.
