Lee Kennedy Co. was hired to build out the 22,000 sf space for Pepper Hamilton’s relocation in the financial district of Boston. The fast-track interior fit up included many sustainable features such as Low VOC sealants, solvents and paints, and FSC certified wood products, recycled finishes (carpet, 3Form countertops), lighting control, and task lighting. From the lobby to the common corridors, this Class “A+” space sets itself apart from other Class “A” Buildings in Boston. The result is that this multi-practice law firm benefits from a unique design with elegant features throughout. In an effort to meet the fast-track schedule, the team analyzed various material substitutions that would expedite the otherwise lengthy lead time without sacrificing design intent or functionality.
