Lee Kennedy Co. has completed demolition and build-out for this financial services firm at three separate financial district locations. With each, we have incorporated the quality standard design and finishes which include elegant lighting, aluminum accents and superior woodwork.
Work was completed in three phases within a tight time frame at 50 Milk Street and included a large trading floor, as well as complex training rooms. At 40 Water Street, renovations provided new executive offices and conference rooms and highlighted a new executive kitchen and dining area. The 70 Franklin Street build-out incorporated both perimeter and open office space completed within an occupied building. All three projects occurred on multiple-floors that encompassed approximately 100,000 sf.
