Lee Kennedy Co. performed extensive preconstruction services followed by general contracting services for the ground-up construction of this 149-room hotel in Boston's bustling Kenmore Square – the gateway to Boston’s many neighborhoods. The new building includes meeting facilities, restaurants, and retail space encompassing a total of 176,000 sf. It features a heavily articulated façade and richly detailed interior spaces. The hotel, said to begin the revitalization of Kenmore Square, is endowed with a myriad of complex finishes including brick, pre-cast concrete, EIFS and decorative FRP. Offering classic style with a contemporary edge, the hotel features oversized guest rooms and spectacular details throughout.
