Social Responsibility
We are actively engaged within our community, not only to improve the physical landscape, but to enhance possibilities for its people and institutions. Many members of the Lee Kennedy Co. team serve in various capacities for numerous institutions, including the Boston Carpenters Apprenticeship Training Fund; Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester; Neighborhood House Charter School; College Bound Dorchester; Youth Build Boston; The Franciscan Children's Hospital; Boston Children’s Museum; Save the Harbor Save the Bay and many more.

Building Green
As an active member of the US Green Building Council, Lee Kennedy Co. is focused on maximizing opportunities to incorporate sustainable design into every project. From green roof systems and energy efficiency programs to the use of recycled materials, our LEED accredited staff utilizes extensive experience with, and knowledge of, the LEED rating system from the earliest planning stages of a project to help clients achieve their certification goals. However, it does not begin and end with LEED. Our project teams always think green. We work closely with clients to implement sound construction methods that not only minimize impact on the environment, but reduce building costs over the life of your facility.
