Century Bank and Trust Company

Detailed planning and coordination was required to maintain the tight, 8 ½-week schedule for this interior bank branch renovation. The scope included new public reception areas, teller windows and work areas as well as ATMs. The existing first level of this two-level space was below street level. New structural steel was installed which allowed the team to raise the existing floor to meet the street level. Subsequently, a new lounge, conference room, storage area and restrooms were built in the basement level. Additionally, new HVAC, fire protection systems and plumbing were installed throughout the space. The project covered 3,000 sf and provided much-needed upgrades for this downtown branch.
