Top of the Hub

The Top of the Hub Restaurant renovations were completed while the restaurant remained open and fully operational. The initial phase included the 2,500 sf renovation of three private dining areas and incorporated major lighting and finish upgrades. Wood trim accented the wall covering and matched existing finishes. The second phase of renovation work was completed with phased shift work and included installation of new lighting, updates to the bar, lounge and dining room as well as construction of two new wine rooms. The new wood bar was finished with stone and the area included new wall coverings, lighting and plumbing. At the owner’s request Lee Kennedy Co. also replaced the finishes in the lobby, corridors, and restrooms.
