Phased renovation to Boston College’s Merkert Chemistry Building
Work included upgrades to all MEP equipment, cooling towers, air handlers, electrical switch gear, motor control starters, vacuum systems, as well as air conditioning upgrades
Phase two of the work included renovations to the teaching and research labs
Construction was sequenced, providing no more than three labs were closed at any time, allowing students and research staff to continue work
